Maria: Rory will describe a time when he received some good news. He'll say what this news was, when and where he heard it, and why it was good for him. Can you start speaking now please?

Rory: Well, I think the most prominent piece of good news we've had recently is that the podcast has now been listened to over one million times. So we are officially millionaires! That's a huge number of people, like, you don't really see this number "one million" in your life in a way that has particular relevance to you or at least I don't. I don't imagine a lot of people do, like, how many people have a million views on YouTube for example. Not many. I couldn't be more proud of what we've achieved. I think we've done pretty well for ourselves. So this is why we're recording an official studio as opposed to in our rooms, which is rather amateur, so it's nice to be somewhere professional. I found out the news just last Thursday when Vanya, our producer, sent us the figures. Usually he just sends them once a month, but about a week ago we were just over 900000. So we knew that we were on our way. But I still refuse to believe that we were there until I actually saw the number. I was actually ecstatic when I heard about it. It was just unbelievable. And as for where I heard about it, it's a bit of a blur since I kind of got caught up in the excitement of it all, but I'm pretty sure that I was on the bus to school just listening to Taylor Swift when the news came in. So that was like a nice soundtrack over the occasion. I felt great! It felt like we'd finally made it as a podcast that we're an established brand which is nice. It's absolutely tremendous in terms of being a great measurement of our success and how far we've come in such a short space of time. It's only been a year. And I mean if we do some random calculations I imagine people listen to us two times or so that's 500000 people that have heard us and more realistically is maybe around 50000 but still like 50000 is a lot of people. And I really hope that we've managed to help every one of them so far.

Maria: What about your friends. What do they say about it?

Rory: Oh well I posted a photo on Facebook and got lots of likes. So I think everyone's pretty happy for our success.
