In this part of the exam, the examiner asks questions to the candidate about topics which are familiar and answers are expected to be personal. We will consider some common problems and make suggestions or success.

The candidate will have to speak about their topic for 1-2 minutes but they will have 1 minute to prepare some notes if they wish. Rory Band 8-9 and Rory Band 5-6 will provide us with some examples for us to analyse to help you succeed in your exam.

The answers can be longer than part 1 and are expected to be more general and less personal in nature. Rory Band 8-9 and Rory Band 5-6 will talk to Rory Prime and show us how to avoid issues and encourage success in the tasks.
